This project in Merango consisted of removal of 5 large cottonwood trees. These are some of the larges trees in the Northern Wisconsin area. Some measured over 5' diameter and 20' circumfrence.  This project required the use of a 10,000lb machine to handle the large logs.  The work we did here transformed the customers yard from shade to sunshine. If the trees wern't so close to the hone he would have left a few.    We had both tracked machines on this project. The sheer size and wieght of the wood was more than the TL 126 could handle.  100 5682  Most of these old trees have rotten spots in them. This tree was about 25' away from his home and the propane tank sat 10' away.  He left one trunk to carve a statue. The others were completely removed along with the stumps.  He had about 40 yards of woodchips to utilize for his land.   BIG WOOD
